1. Global Wholesale & Commercial Order Terms

All procurement contracts placed through our wholesale program, international sales channels, or e-commerce platform are subject to verification and commercial acceptance by Paper House Productions. By ordering our products, commercial buyers confirm compliance with local trade regulations and reselling rights within approved geographic territories.

Order Confirmation & Minimum Quantities (MOQ)

Wholesale purchases are subject to specific case-pack quantities and minimum order thresholds specified during purchase agreements. We reserve the right to revise minimum order requirements or restrict high-demand SKUs to authorized retail channels.

Pricing & Currency Stability

All wholesale prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Paper House Productions reserves the right to adjust pricing based on raw material market costs or freight variations, though confirmed orders with issued invoices remain locked against price changes.

2. Archival Quality & Product Technical Specifications

As a specialized sticker maker and papercraft manufacturer, we adhere strictly to archival manufacturing benchmarks developed over four decades of operation in Woodstock, New York.

• Acid-Free & Lignin-Free Materials: All paper products, scrapbook sheets, cardstock, and adhesive backing are manufactured without harmful acids or lignin to prevent yellowing, degradation, or damage to heritage photographic records over time.
• Multi-Layer Dimensional Build: Our signature 3D stickers utilize layered cardstock, high-density foam risers, foil stamping, flocking, and epoxy domes. Dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled to prevent layer separation under standard retail storage conditions.
• Adhesive Stability: Adhesives are formulated to maintain tackiness while offering repositionability on coated planner pages and permanent hold on papercraft layouts when stored between 15°C and 25°C.

3. Officially Licensed Products & Territory Restrictions

Paper House Productions manufactures and distributes officially licensed lines (including Harry Potter, Scooby-Doo, Wonder Woman, and Where the Wild Things Are) under direct authorization from copyright holders. Wholesale buyers must strictly observe brand protection guidelines:

• Territorial Licensing: Licensed products may only be sold within authorized geographic territories specified in the trade agreement. International buyers must confirm territory permissions before importing licensed SKUs.
• IP Respect: Retailers and distributors are prohibited from modifying artwork, repackaging licensed merchandise, or creating unapproved derivative marketing assets without written authorization.

4. Export Compliance, Logistics & Customs Duties

We serve retail buyers and commercial craft chains worldwide across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and Asia. International trade shipping conditions follow established transport terms:

Fulfillment & Export Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our New York fulfillment facility. Export packaging complies with international transit standards, featuring barcoded master cartons, inner boxes, and protective wrapping suitable for long-distance air or sea freight.

Duties, Taxes & Import Customs

Overseas buyers, trade importers, and wholesale customers are solely responsible for local value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), customs tariffs, import clearance fees, and statutory entry permits required by destination customs agencies.

5. Claims, Defect Inspection & Freight Damages

Trade buyers must inspect incoming shipments upon receipt. Claims regarding transport damage, carton shortages, or manufacturing discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of delivery.

• Transit Damage: Must be noted on the carrier bill of lading (BOL) upon physical delivery receipt to support insurance replacement claims.
• Quality Claims: Defective items verified by lot number and photographic evidence will be credited or replaced in future shipments at company discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Usage Governance

All original illustrations, die-line designs, photography, product titles, brand names, and digital content published by Paper House Productions are protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized scraping, automated data harvesting, or illegal reproduction of proprietary designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Commercial Arbitration

These Terms of Service and all wholesale sales agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in New York.
