30-Day B2B & Retail Return Guarantee
At Paper House Productions, we take pride in our 40+ year legacy of crafting high-quality 3D scrapbook stickers, undated planners, acrylic bookmarks, and archival papercraft supplies. We stand firmly behind every item produced at our Woodstock, New York printing facility.
We accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging up to 30 days after delivery. Upon receipt and verified inspection of eligible returns, we will issue a full refund for the merchandise purchase price, including applicable tax. Initial shipping charges remain non-refundable unless the return is caused by a manufacturing error or shipping mistake on our part.
Our quality control team inspects product layers, foil stamps, adhesives, and packaging headers before orders leave our facility. However, if your shipment arrives damaged or contains factory defects, we are committed to making it right immediately.
Manufacturing Defects
We will replace defective or incorrectly packaged items at zero cost to you. If the defective SKU is out of stock or discontinued, a full refund will be applied to your payment account.
Carrier Transit Damage
Shipment condition becomes the carrier’s responsibility once packages are released to USPS, UPS, or international freight forwarders. Overseas retail partners and procurement managers should inspect cartons upon arrival. If damage occurs during transit, please retain all original packaging materials and contact the carrier to file a formal freight claim.
Non-Returnable Items & Custom B2B Orders
To uphold safety, copyright authorization, and quality standards across international distribution channels, specific exceptions apply to our standard return policy:
Custom & Personalized Items: Special production runs, proprietary private-label stationary, or personalized promotional orders cannot be canceled or returned once manufacturing has commenced.
Opened Merchandise: Sticker books, washi tape rolls, or scrapbooking kits with broken seal packaging are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Territory License Restrictions: Officially licensed products (such as Harry Potter lines) purchased for unauthorized territories cannot be returned due to international licensing regulations.
Order Cancellation Rights & Refund Processing
We process standard inventory orders rapidly to maintain fast lead times for domestic and international shipments. Orders may be canceled up to 11:59 PM EST on the calendar day the order was placed.
Once an approved return package is received at our Woodstock facility, our intake department will inspect the items within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are automatically remitted to the original payment instrument (Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Bank Wire). Depending on your financial institution, bank posting times generally range from 3 to 10 business days.
